Oral Presentation Guildelines

• Invited Speakers: Invited talk are scheduled for a total of 30 minutes.
  • To allow for meaningful discussion, we recommend a 25-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A.
• General Oral Speakers: Presentations are scheduled for a total of 15 minutes.
  • We kindly suggest limiting your talk to 12 minutes, leaving 3 minutes for questions from the audience.

Poster Presentation Guildelines

• Size: 90 cm x 120 cm (W x H) – Fits A0 size posters
• Required Content: Title, authors, and institutional affiliations must be included.
• Visual Standard: Ensure all text and illustrations are sufficiently big and bold to be legible from at least 1 meter away.
